"I read very few music biographies, funnily enough! I was hugely impressed by James Young’s Songs They Never Play On The Radio, which gave me the necessary courage to write a personal story, but beyond having read Mike Scott's Adventures Of A Waterboy after my publisher sent it to me - and I was a huge fan of the band - I can’t remember reading one since the Motley Crue book!"
